Maintenance Services Refund Policy

Our refund policy for Monthly Maintenance Services is designed to be fair while ensuring quality service delivery.

Important: This policy does not apply to website development services, which have separate terms.

Subscription Refund Eligibility

  • Refunds are accepted before the Monthly Maintenance Report is provided
  • Monthly Maintenance Reports are delivered on the 28th of every month
  • Prorated refunds available for remaining days in the current month
  • No refunds available for previous months' subscription fees

Refund Process

  • Submit refund request before the 28th of the month
  • Refund amount calculated based on unused service days
  • Processing time: 5-10 business days
  • Refunds issued to original payment method

Unsubscribe Policy

You have full control over your maintenance service subscription and can unsubscribe at any time.

  • Access your My Account dashboard to manage subscriptions
  • Navigate to My Subscription → Unsubscribe option
  • Unsubscribe before next billing cycle to avoid charges
  • Services continue until the end of current billing period
  • No penalty fees for canceling subscription
  • Can resubscribe at any time if needed

AI Blogger Service Refund Policy

Our AI Blogger service has specific refund terms based on content delivery and publication schedules.

Important: This policy does not apply to website development services.

AI Blogger Subscription Refunds

  • Refunds available if cancellation is made before AI-generated content is published
  • Must cancel before the scheduled content release date for the month
  • Once content is published, that month's service is considered delivered
  • Prorated refunds may be available for multi-month subscriptions
