Maintenance Services Refund Policy

Subscription Refund Eligibility
- Refunds are accepted before the Monthly Maintenance Report is provided
- Monthly Maintenance Reports are delivered on the 28th of every month
- Prorated refunds available for remaining days in the current month
- No refunds available for previous months' subscription fees

- Refund amount calculated based on unused service days
- Processing time: 5-10 business days
- Refunds issued to original payment method
Unsubscribe Policy
You have full control over your maintenance service subscription and can unsubscribe at any time.

- Unsubscribe before next billing cycle to avoid charges
- Services continue until the end of current billing period
- No penalty fees for canceling subscription
- Can resubscribe at any time if needed

AI Blogger Service Refund Policy
Our AI Blogger service has specific refund terms based on content delivery and publication schedules.

- Refunds available if cancellation is made before AI-generated content is published
- Must cancel before the scheduled content release date for the month
- Once content is published, that month's service is considered delivered
